In this short video, Gazelles International President Keith Cupp shares his ‘4+1 Rule of Thumb’ philosophy that business owners who are considering working with a Gazelles coach (or any business coach) should consider.
1. Content – Does the individual have a deep knowledge of the content. Do they have the right content to help you grow your company?
2. Credibility – Is this coach credible in your eyes? Does the individual have their own business experience that will inspire you? Do they have client experience using the content to help clients? If possible do they also have industry experience?
3. Cash – Does the engagement represent a clear Return On Investment for your investment working with the coach?
4. Chemistry – would you enjoy working with this person? Are your Core Values similar similar? Are the things that are most important to you similar?
+1. Commitment – Are you willing to make a commitment over time to work with this person?
